Knowledgeable Home Inspector Experts
Starting out as a construction worker in the early 90's I quickly learned I was skilled with working with my hands and loved the building trades. In 1994 I started Ideal Construction. I have learned every year something new about houses and construction. A friend suggested that I become a home inspector, I knew it was going to be a perfect fit for me right away. After completing the ASHI home inspection course, I spent countless hours working side-by-side with a skilled home inspector Learning all the ends and outs.
We Notice the Little Things
Not all home inspectors are created equal when it comes to scheduling and punctuality. From a very young age I was taught to always return phone calls promptly and always be on time if not early. We utilize Apple ipads and state of the art software to produce high quality inspection reports . All reports include summary pages and are delivered the same day via email.

General Home Inspection
A general home inspection covers all operational items and structural components of the home. The average single family home inspection takes approximately 2 hours. Inspecting a Condo or Townhome takes less time.
